iQuat 39 is a cationic copolymer compatible with cationic Guar Gum, cationic hydroxyl ethyl cellulose and betaine and used as conditioner in shampoo. It is compatible with water, anionic and nonionic surfactants forming salt complexes to increase viscosity.
