PACKAGING

MICOROX® 1882 SEALER is packaged in pre-proportioned units based on gallon quantities.

Application

1882 SEALER is extremely easy to use. It may be installed by a Micor application crew, a local contractor, or plant personnel.; On concrete surfaces MICOROX 103 Primer makes an excellent primer. Apply the primer in a very thin, even film with no build up or puddling. Coat over the primer before it has completely cured.; Mix 1882 SEALER by combining one pre- measured container of resin with one pre measured container of hardener. Mix thoroughly with a drill-stirrer. Premix components to redisperse any settled fillers or pigments. Materials should be mixed for approximately two minutes. No induction time is required. The material may be applied immediately.; Apply the material by squeegee, roller, or brush. Apply in a thin, even film of 10-20 mils thickness If a second coat is being applied, Timing is critical. Allow the first coat to harden. If the first coat completely cures, bonding additional coats can be difficult and may require special preparation techniques. Hardening may take place in 3-5 hours at 77° F.
