- Application
145 SEALER is extremely easy to install and may be applied by contractors or plant personnel.; On concrete surfaces MIcOROX®103 makes an excellent primer. Apply the primer in a thin even film. Consult the primer data shets for mixing instructions.; Mix 145 SEALER by combining one premeasured container of resin with one premeasured container of hardener. Mix thoroughly with a drill-stirrer. components to disperse any settled fillersor pigments. Materials should be mixed for approximately two minutes. No induction time is required. The material may be applied immediately.; Premix Apply the material by squeegee, roller or brush. Apply in a even 10-20 mils thickness. If a second coat is being applied, timing is important. Allow the first coat to cure for 12 hours. If the second coat cannot be applied within 48 hours., the surface must be sanded before recoating.
