- Epoxy & Epoxy Derivatives
MICOROX® 287 PRIMER is a multipurpose, 40% solids primer that allows the application of other MIcORON products, including resurfacers, liners, and coatings to old or green concrete. MICOROX® 287 PRIMER is applied to eliminate the conventional 28 day cure time by bonding to the fresh concrete surface and providing a chemical bond to the top coat. 287 PRIMER is moisture tolerant, has no odor and zero voc. It will typically reduce moisture transmission by better than 50% with one application.

- HIGHLIGHTS
MICOROX® 287 PRIMER is a three component, water reducible epoxy primer and sealer for use on green or damp concrete.
- Surface Preparation
When used as a topcoat for MICOROX® flooring systems: To remove trowel marks and present an even, level surface for 1882 SEALER, use a floor grinder with medium stones and vacuum resulting dust before applying 1882 Sealer.. When applied as a concrete floor sealer, 1882 SEALER bonds existing surfaces with an appropriate primer. Substrate must be exposed by acid-etch or mechanical means for secure bonding.
- Temperature Limitations
During the installation and cure, maintain surface temperatures between 60° F and 80° F. Lower temperatures will affect cure time.
- Ready to Use Product Features
- High Moisture Resistance
- Odorless
