- Safety
Protect skin and eyes from material splashes. Provide sufficient ventilation in the working place. Please consult the relevant safety data sheet and attend to the indications on the label of the package regarding the Dangerous Goods Regulation.; RECKLI PUR-Elastomer SR 30 exclusively consists of components that are registered according to regulation 1907/2006_x001e_/EU (REACH) or exempt from registration. It is free from contents according appendix XIV (SVHC) and mercury compounds.; This pamphlet is intended solely as an application directive. It does not claim to be binding and valid for all modes of application. A preliminary test under operation conditions is highly recommended.; This pamphlet replaces all previously published pamphlets concerning RECKLI PUR-Elastomer SR30, stating them as no longer being valid.

- Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature. RECKLI PUR-Elastomer SR 30 is storable for 6 months from delivery when kept in the closed original packaging at about _x0012_18°C. Opened drums must be closed airtight right after use.
- Processing
Each contact with moisture must strictly be avoided. Before processing, the base component has to be stirred up thoroughly. Add the hardener (B) to the base component (A) and mix them homogenously. Transfer the mixture into a second receptacle and stir it up again. Thereby the incorporation of larger amounts of air should be avoided. Once mixed the processing of the material must be completed within the pot life.
- Properties
RECKLI PUR-Elastomer SR 130 is a solvent-free, rubbery-elastic, liquid, twocomponent polyurethane, cold-curing, almost shrinkage-free, sliceable after curing. It shows high chemical resistance against aqueous alkali, especially concrete. Its standard color is gray.

- Surface Preparation
The model surface must be dry and clean. Absorbing surfaces should be sealed to facilitate the subsequent demoulding and to avoid inaccurate curing. For this, RECKLI PUR-Sealant can be used if the surface is solvent-resistant. Otherwise, especially if the surface has to be recovered in the original state, RECKLI Si- Stripping Lacquer can be applied and removed with water along with all residues after completing the molding works. Afterwards, _x001e_2 – 3 layers of RECKLI Mold Wax are applied. Each layer has to dry completely.. When applying several layers of elastomer, the preceding layer should be still slightly sticky but sufficiently cured to bear the load of the following application. If the surface is completely cured, it must be roughened by grinding before further material can be applied.
