Grape seeds are a very important source of polyphenols, especially OPCs, which are recognized for their antioxidant properties. They are the ideal active ingredient to use in anti-aging formulas in order to prevent skin aging. They also stimulate collagen and elastin synthesis, to reinforce the skin's firmness and suppleness. The tannin content in grapes provides them with astringent action, perfect for oily skin types. High concentration of fatty acids gives grape seeds skin-nourishing qualities.
