The Milky Whey Instant Micellar Casein
The Milky Whey Instant Micellar Casein is a slow-release protein derived from fresh milk and then instantized to promote rapid dispersion into water. It is absorbed slowly by the stomach which allows a steady supply of amino acids to the muscles over a longer period of time than whey proteins. This makes micellar casein ideal for times between meals and before bed. Our micellar casein is ideal for the fortification of protein beverages, nutritional powders, or for dairy protein fortification.
