XtraBond® 9500XHS - High Strength Advanced Polymer Sealant
XtraBond® 9500XHS is a high strength advanced polymer sealant. The product’s unique formula offers excellent adhesion to wide range of industrial materials, including vinyl, sheet metal, steel, pre-painted metals, wood glass, aluminum and plastic. It provides a highly weatherable, paintable surface that allows for a reduction in the number of fasteners that are required.

XtraBond® 9500XHS meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, M, G, A. Federal specification TT-S-00230C Type II, Class A.

For best results, prepare a clean surface.; Cut nozzle to desired bead size.; Apply with caulking gun, forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed.; Clean excess material with mineral spirits or similar solvent.
- Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean, frost free and free of any oils, greases and incompatible sealers that may interfere wth adhesion.; Do not apply if surface is contaminated.; It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.; Primers are not required for most substrates.
