500 P.M. Unsanded Grout is modified unsanded grout is a premium Portland cement based grout containing finely ground aggregates, colorfast pigments, and select polymer additives to provide superior flexural and compressive strengths. It cures to provide a dense, hard, wear-resistant joint, containing FlexfreshTM for mold and mildew resistance.

Use only on surfaces which are maintained at a temperature above 10°C (50°F) and below 35°C (95°F) during application and for at least 72 hours after application.; Do not use Flextile 500 Polymer-Modifi ed Unsanded Grout for exterior or continuous water immersion applications.; Do a test patch, or check with tile manufacturer to see if presealing of tile is required.; Do not use Flextile 500 Polymer-Modifi ed Unsanded grout for applications subject to excessive staining or chemical exposure such as commercial kitchens.

No maintenance is required except where damages result from unforeseen circumstances.
