Hodisol® JR 00-4
Hodisol® JR 00-4 is single-layer alkyd urethane semi-matt paint intended for application on steel and cast iron surfaces or surfaces provided with the original coating system. Thanks to the content of anti-corrosion inhibitors based on zinc phosphate, it actively suppresses the formation or course of corrosion. The paint also serves as a top coat to protect the substrate from the weather. It is characterized by high yield and high utility properties. The paint is designed for common outdoor environments or for indoor applications.

Substrate preparation (requires a dry, clean and cohesive substrate, preferably without signs of corrosion); Thorough mixing of the paint, remove any crust beforehand; Dilute the paint (if required by the application) with Hodisol thinner; Possible applications: brush, roller, air gun, airless. The paint is applied to form an even, solid paint film. It is advisable to apply one extra coat of paint on the edges and the sharp surface profile.; Recommended dry film thickness: 80 - 120 microns; The paint dries in air at temperatures above 5 ° C. The next layer of paint film can be applied after 4 hours at the earliest.
