Hodopur® K ER 30-4

Hodopur® K ER 30-4 is the two-component polyurethane matt enamel is designed for industrial applications, airless application of large thicknesses and fast drying of the film. It is applied to basic anti-corrosion paints (Hodopur, Hodepox) and forms the final coating. It can be applied to galvanized surfaces as a single-layer enamel (decorative layer). It is produced in a wide range of shades (RAL or according to an agreed color template). The coating system as a whole is designed for common corrosive environments. The formed coating film is mechanically resistant (abrasion resistant) and chemically stable. Hodopur enamel coating systems ensure long-term protection of the substrate against weather conditions.

Processing Procedure

Substrate preparation (requires dry and clean substrate); Thorough mixing of enamel, preparation of application mixture (hardener Hodopur - TR 00, 10: 1 wt.); After mixing (hardening) the paint with a hardener, the so-called life of the mixture begins to run, for which it is necessary to process it. After this time, the mixture is unusable.; Dilution of email with Hodopur thinner; Possible applications: brush, roller, air gun, airless. The enamel is applied to create an even, solid paint film.; Recommended dry film thickness: 60 - 100 microns; Enamel is applied at temperatures above 5°C; Enamel is combined with basic colors (eg Hodopur, Hodepox, etc.)
