Hodejka® ZR 00
Hodejka® ZR 00 is a dispersion of inorganic pigments, fillers and zinc phosphate in a solution of alkyd resin with the addition of driers, additives and organic solvents. It is produced in 2 modifications. Primer intended for application on steel and cast iron surfaces or surfaces provided with the original coating system. Thanks to the content of anti-corrosion inhibitors based on zinc phosphate, it actively suppresses the formation or course of corrosion. The color is combined with the top colors (emails). The coating system as a whole is designed for common outdoor environments or for indoor applications.

Substrate preparation (requires a dry, clean and cohesive substrate, preferably without signs of corrosion); Thorough mixing of the paint, remove any crust beforehand; Dilution of paint (if required by the application) with Hodejka thinner; Possible applications: brush, roller, air gun, airless, dipping. The paint is applied to form an even, solid paint film. It is advisable to apply one extra coat of paint on the edges and the sharp surface profile.; Recommended dry film thickness: 40 - 80 microns; The paint dries in air at temperatures above 5 ° C. The next layer of paint film can be applied at the earliest after 1 hour.; The primer itself is not intended for weather exposure, therefore it is combined with top coats or enamels. A suitable top coat is eg HODEJKA - ER 00-1 or HODEJKA - ER 50-3.
