Hodacryl® ZR 00 is basic acrylic paint designed for application on steel, cast iron or. galvanized surfaces. Thanks to the content of anti-corrosion inhibitors based on zinc phosphate, it actively suppresses the formation or course of corrosion. The paint is characterized by very fast drying. Combines with top colors (emails). The coating system as a whole is designed for common outdoor environments or for indoor applications

Substrate preparation (requires a dry, clean and cohesive substrate, preferably without signs of corrosion). Galvanized surfaces must be degreased and corroded.; Thorough mixing of the paint; Dilution of paint (if required by the application) with Hodakryl thinner; Possible applications: brush, roller, air gun, airless. The paint is applied to form an even, solid paint film. It is advisable to apply one extra coat of paint on the edges and the sharp surface profile.; Recommended dry film thickness: 40 - 60 microns; The paint dries in air at temperatures above 5 ° C. Another layer of paint film can be applied after 20 minutes.; The primer itself is not intended for exposure to the weather, so it is combined with topcoats or enamels. A suitable top coat is, for example, HODAKRYL - ER 00-4, or HODOPUR enamels.
