Hodopur® ZR 00
Hodopur® ZR 00 is basic two-component polyurethane paint containing corrosion inhibitors intended for application on steel, cast iron, galvanized, aluminum surfaces or for alternative surfaces such as concrete, laminate, glass, etc. Thanks to its excellent mechanical properties and good chemical resistance, it effectively prevents the formation and course of corrosion and creates a resistant barrier to aggressive atmospheric components. The color is combined with top colors (enamels) and / or background colors. In the coating system, a suitable composition is intended for both normal outdoor environments and severe corrosion exposure.

It is advisable to apply one extra coat of paint on the edges and the sharp surface profile.; Recommended dry film thickness: 40 - 80 microns; The paint is applied at temperatures above 5 ° C; The primer is combined with topcoats or primers. Suitable top coats are, for example, HODOPUR enamels.
