Hodopur® ER 00-4
Hodopur® ER 00-4 is the two-component polyurethane matt enamel is intended for industrial applications, airless application and longer service life of the coating system. It is applied to basic anti-corrosion paints (Hodopur, Hodepox) and forms the final coating. HVLP applications can create a "structural" effect by email that hides minor unevenness of the substrate or serves as a decorative spray. It is produced in a wide range of shades (RAL or according to an agreed color template). The coating system as a whole is designed for common corrosive environments. For less demanding applications (C2), enamel can be used as a single layer (steel, galvanized). The created coating film is mechanically resistant (abrasion resistant), chemically stable and UV stable. Hodopur enamel coating systems ensure long-term protection of the substrate against weather conditions.

The enamel is applied to create an even, solid paint film.; Recommended dry film thickness: 60 - 80 microns; Enamel is applied at temperatures above 5 ° C; Enamel is combined with basic colors (eg Hodopur, Hodepox, etc.)
