The Grain Place Foods Cold Pressed Vanilla Extract has about 300 unique flavor components. Because many are delicate and occur in trace amounts they must be extracted carefully. Our vanilla is cold pressed, processed without the use of super-heated liquids. From special chopping machines to custom “cool extractors” heat is never introduced to the extraction process to ensure the rich deep flavor and delicate bouquet of each vanilla bean is passed unchanged to our vanilla extract. For best quality do not refrigerate. Organic Vanilla Extract is made with the finest organic vanilla beans, organic alcohol made from wheat, and filtered water.
