1-gallon can; 5-gallon pail; 50-gallon drum; Clear gloss, satin, and matte sheens. Gloss & Satin can be pigmented using Miracote ColorPax-W. Factory pigmentation available (subject to minimum order qty.); Dosage required: Dependent on desired opacity or translucence.
- Advantages
Outstanding weathering characteristics.; Excellent resistance to UV degradation.; Abrasion and chemical resistance.; Good hot tire resistance after 5 to 7 days cure.; Excellent early wet and dry adhesion.; Cleanable, easy to maintain.; Wet look appearance like solvent-borne sealers.; Available in high gloss, satin, or matte finishes.; Meets SCAQMD and Federal VOC requirements.; Can be pigmented with Miracote ColorPax-W
- Limitations
Must be applied to clean, dry substrates to avoid white blushing.; Must be applied over properly prepared substrates only.; Avoid application if rain is expected within 24 hours or if there is a potential for heavy mist conditions.; Exterior exposure life is less than interior exposure life.; Excellent hot tire resistance is achieved after seven days from initial application. Avoid exposure to parked vehicles when tires are hot from being on the road. Allow hot tires to sufficiently cool down if parking is necessary.

- For Best Results
Always install a minimum 4' by 4' test area or job site mock-up for owner approval of acceptable color, texture, finish, adhesion, and any other critical requirement prior to proceeding.; Always protect materials from excessive heat and cold, and precondition to room temperature, as necessary.; Regularly check wet film thickness with a mil gage and monitor consumption to ensure correct application rates are obtained.; The proper application of this product is the sole responsibility of the end user. Job site visits by Miracote representatives are only for observation and making recommendations, and do not assume any liability for supervision or quality control.; It is recommended to apply in two coats at the published coverage rates. Do not apply in one thick coat or hazing may occur.; When a matte finish is desired, apply the first coat in gloss followed by a second coat in matte.; When pigmenting MiraGard HDWB always test to verify correct dosage rate to achieve desired degree of opacity or translucency.; Measure substrate temperatures to ensure that material is applied when temperatures are between 50°F (4.5°C) and 90°F (32.2°C) during placement.
