Suggested Handling and Curing

Pre-mix part A to ensure homogenous dispersion of filler. Settling of filler in part A is not uncommon. Add 2 to 5% by weight Part B to Part A and mix until homogeneous. Best properties, for most applications, result when cured for 2 hours at 70°C followed by 1 hour at 150°C. Good properties are obtained on a variety of substrates by curing at temperatures ranging from 25°C to 180°C. End user is advised to experimentally determine temperature and time best suited for individual applications. Product develops full properties at room temperature between 2 and 7 days depending on thickness.
