Creative Materials Inc. 122-01(P)
- Chemical Family
- Polyimides (PI)
122-01(P) is a single component, electrically insulating, solvent strippable, polyimide based, ink and coating suitable for application by screen-printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product is designed for use on electrical and electronic components where high temperature stability is required. The low CTE and high flexibility allow for good adhesion and low stress when exposed to high temperatures. 122-01(P) is a flexible version of CMI 122-01.\nFeatures\nPolyimide dielectric

- Suggested Handling and Curing
122-01(P) is ready to use as supplied. Apply material to surface to be bonded by hand and/or automatic method and assemble. Apply slight pressure to assure good mating of surfaces and formation of filet. Best properties for most applications result when cured for 30 minutes at 150°C followed by 30 minutes at 250°C. Good properties are obtained on a variety of substrates by curing at temperatures ranging from 80°C to 250°C. For removal our 102-03 solvent is recommended. You may also use NMP for stripping the 122-01(P). End user is advised to experimentally determine temperature and time best suited for individual applications.
