Quad 100 are maize quadritos, which are made using corn flour, wheat starch, sugar, sodium bicarbonate, salt (0.5%), and lime. These maized quadritios are squared shaped, latticed, puffed maize snack pellets, that are commonly used in breakfast cereals, as well as other snack items.
