- Product Uses
HD-2001 was designed for use in textile applications that require a soft hand coupled with abrasion resistance, excellent adhesion and excellent resiliency. This versatile urethane is ideally suited for use as a finish for nylon and polyester threads and as a coating for nylon and vinyl substrates.; HD-2001 is also suitable for textile-coating applications that require excellent low temperature flex crack resistance.; The low melt temperature also allows HD2001 to be used as a heat-sealable coating. When properly formulated, HD2001 can be used as a coating for awning fabrics, boat cover fabrics, and other architectural fabrics.
