Hauthane HD-2504 DMM (L-3101) is a very hard, NMP-free/APEO-free, polycarbonate-based, aliphatic, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Features: Superior chemical and stain resistance. Excellent exterior weathering durability. Excellent humidity resistance. Contains dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether co-solvent.

HD-2504 may be air dried at ambient temperatures with the addition of 7 - 8% DPnB coalescing solvent.; For thermal curing 5 - 7% DPnB co-solvent addition is recommended.; Typical oven drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties.
