Corum hexapeptide is modeled after a repeated amino acid sequence in elastin found in the papillary dermis. As a result, hexapeptide-12 mimics the ability of elastin fibers to retain skin elasticity and restore skin to its original state after stretching. Corum peptides can enhance the functions in a variety of skin care and color cosmetic formulation. They are available in both water dispersible form (Elastyl™ MB) and oil dispersible form (Elastyl™ CC-MB).
