Perdure E32 is a water-based epoxy primer/sealer formulated to have maximum penetration into concrete surfaces to provide high bond strength and adhesion. Perdure E32 is specially formulated to reduce concrete outgassing. Perdure E32 has a very low odor and can be used in occupied areas. Perdure E32 is ideal for both new and old concrete surfaces. Perdure E32 is used as a primer for Perdure high build and thin-film coatings systems.

Clean Up: Clean skin with soap and water.; Tools and equipment should be cleaned with Xylene or Lacquer Thinner.

Advantages: Low odor during application and cure.; Fast dry and re-coat time.; Easy clean-up.; Can be used on damp/green concrete.; Greatly reduces the probability of concrete outgassing.
Composition: Water-borne epoxy emulsion.
Maintenance: After completing the installation, the applicator should provide the owner with maintenance instructions.; If floors become slippery due to animal fats, oil, grease, or soap film, clean and rinse thoroughly.; Perdure E32 is easily cleaned with neutral soaps or detergents.; Routine mechanical scrubbing is recommended for all surfaces having a non-skid texture.; Treating the surface with a floor finish (Smärtgard) is optional.; Long periods of heavy traffic may cause wear patterns necessitating the application of a finish coat.; Do not leave any type of tape on the sealer for more than 5 to 10 minutes.; Test first in an inconspicuous area for compatibility between the tape and the sealer.

Substrate Requirements: Substrate temperature must be a minimum of 50°F and relative humidity below 85% for proper curing.. The substrate must be free of dirt, waxes, curing agents and other foreign materials.
