Dekguard is a non-yellowing, low gloss, siloxane-modified methyl methacrylate sealer for concrete surfaces. Dekguard's low viscosity allows better penetration over concrete for excellent protection. The unique formulation of Dekguard provides superior resistance to de-icing salts, saltwater pool systems, rain, sleet and snow as compared to other acrylic sealers.

- Substrate and Ambient Conditions
The concrete surface must be clean and free of all contaminants and water.; Do not apply if rain is anticipated within 24 hours of application.; If moisture is present or if the surface is not clean and free of all contaminants, Dekguard may have white or cloudy spots and delaminate within a short period of application.; Substrate and the air temperature must be no less than 40°F and not exceed 80°F.; If applied outside these limits Dekguard may not achieve adequate film formation and may have excessive air entrapment, bubbles, blushing or hazing.; Note that in direct sunlight, the substrate temperature can exceed 150°F which can cause extreme bubbling issues.; Apply on cool, overcast days to avoid film formation issues.; Do not apply if the temperature is expected to achieve 85°F or higher.
