Morechem™ Uncaria Sinensis Extract

Uncaria sinensis has branches with 3~4cm-long thorns and looks like a hook. Its Chinese name, 釣鉤藤, came from this appearance. In oriental medicine, the thorny branches are prescibed to hypertensive patients because it drops blood pressure by causing vasodilation of peripheral blood vessel. Furthermore, it is effective in treating overactivation of nervous system like spasmodic, alleviating headache and fever. Uncaria sinensis contains Hyperin, a type of quercetin, which removes free radical and lessen oxidative stress.
