ALCOM® PA66 910/1 GF30 PTFE20
- Chemical Family
- Polyamides
MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA66 910/1 GF30 PTFE20 is a polyamide 66 with 30% glass fibers and 20% PTFE, designed for improved sliding and wear resistance, as well as heat stabilization. It is commonly used in the automotive and machinery industries for functional components, bearings, and sliding elements. Injection molding should be performed with a melt temperature between 280-300°C and a mold temperature between 80-120°C. Pre-drying is also recommended at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, for optimal performance.
