WIC PP 40 N

WIC PP 40 N is a natural-colored material with heat-age stabilization properties intended for use in automotive and sports applications. The base polymer is polypropylene, and it contains 40% carbon fiber as a filler. Prior to processing via injection molding, the material must be pre-dried at 80°C for 2-4 hours, depending on its moisture content, which should not exceed 0.10%. During injection molding, the material should be melted at temperatures ranging from 210 to 260°C, with a mold temperature between 30 and 60°C. It is important to note that the increased thermal conductivity of this material must be taken into account when selecting the parameters for injection molding.
