WIC PP 30 BK UV is a black polypropylene-based composite containing 30% carbon fiber filler. The recommended pre-drying conditions are 80°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.10%. For processing, injection molding is used with a melt temperature range of 210-260°C and a mold temperature range of 30-60°C. This material offers special features such as UV stabilization and heat-aging stabilization.
