WIC PA66 40 N

Chemical Family
Polyamides

WIC PA66 40 N is a medium viscosity Polyamide 66-based polymer filled with 40% carbon fiber in natural (carbon optic) color. It is formulated to provide heat aging stability and is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C. It is suitable for automotive, sport and other market segments. Pre-drying Conditions should be 80°C in a dry-air dryer for 2-8h, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.12%. Note that the increased thermal conductivity must be taken into account under certain conditions.
