WIC PP 10 BK is a black polypropylene with 10% carbon fiber filler, heat aged and stabilized for automotive and sport market segments. Under certain conditions, its increased thermal conductivity should be taken into consideration. Pre-drying conditions are 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 2-4h, depending on moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.10%. Processing conditions for injection molding are melt temperature 210-260°C and mold temperature 30-60°C.
