ALTECH® ECO PA6 4230/100.02 GF10 MR20

Chemical Family
Polyamides

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA6 4230/100.02 GF10 MR20 is a heat-stabilized polyamide 6 that contains 10% glass fibers and 20% mineral filler/additive system. It is recommended to pre-dry the material at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h, depending on its moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.15%. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-290°C, and the mold temperature should be between 80-100°C. Typical applications include engine covers and housings, which offer good flow, low warpage, and high surface quality.
