TEDUR® L 9510-5
- Chemical Family
- Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS)
MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9510-5 is a pre-drying injection molding grade polymer with a base polymer of polyphenylene sulfide. It contains 40% glass fibers, offering high stiffness and easy flow, and is used in various market segments with typical applications such as pump components and housings. The pre-drying conditions involve a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at a temperature of 130-140°C for 2-4 hours depending on the moisture content. The injection molding process requires a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of more than 140°C. Finally, the product should be stored in a cool, dry place and protected from light, at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
