ASCOTRAN® NSC
ASCOTRAN® NSC is a corrosion inhibitor preventing corrosion of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Fully hydrosoluble, it works in fluids such as lubricants, degreasers, cutting oils, and grinding fluids, protecting metals from corrosion in water-based emulsions or solutions. It provides a high level of protection for yellow metals. ASCOTRAN® NSC addresses corrosion problems in metal cleaning and stripping activities for ferrous metals in highly alkaline media. Designed for temporary protection, it is an ideal solution to replace greases and protective varnishes. It offers multimetal protection in aqueous media, safeguarding metals during storage in aggressive environments like humidity and polluting gasses.
