AFCONA 4203 is an innovative polyester dispersant concept designed by AFCONA. It is based on the latest steric hindrance structure and newly designed anchoring groups, providing excellent wetting and dispersing performance for inorganic, organic, and carbon black. AFCONA 4203 also reduces the viscosity of high pigment content pastes, and has better stability for concentrate storage over long periods. This solvent-free design is ideal for low VOC formulation designs. It is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for all types of pigments and is a modified polyester polymer.

The properties of AFCONA 4203 as below:; AFCONA 4203 has widely compatibility in common resin systems such as PU, Epoxy, polyester/Melamine, thermosetting acrylic/melamine, alkyd/melamine, acid curing, NC and UV.; AFCONA 4203 is suit for producing pastes of all carbon blacks, and it has efficiently viscosity reduction of the pastes.; AFCONA 4203 is very suit for high full-fill, solvent-free systems and printing inks because of its solvent-free design.

- AFCONA 4203 should be incorporated in the mill base before adding the pigments.
- Storage Information
AFCONA 4203 should be stored in a cool and dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up for 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the container.
