AFCONA 3037 is a specialized anti-blushing agent, anti-popping agent, and flow agent for use in various types of paints and thermoplastic systems. It contains a blend of high boiling point solvents and a polyether modified polysiloxane that helps promote paint leveling. It is especially well-suited for use as an anti-blushing aid in NC and TPA thermoplastic systems.

AFCONA – 3037 prevent streaking during painting and spraying of chlorinated rubber and coatings based on other chlorinated polymers.; In heat-cured paints, solvent boiling and solvent popping are common problems. Addition of AFCONA – 3037 to these systems will reduce or prevent this problem.; AFCONA – 3037 also acts as a flow agent for all solvent-based systems. The presence of polysiloxane in AFCONA – 3037 will further improve the leveling and anti-crater properties of the paint system. The solvent blend in this product makes it compatible with almost all solvent-based systems.
