ichemco COLOR TAPE HM (amber and brown) are very efficient pigment masterbatches for coloring adhesive masses. either solvent or hot-melt based. No solvent is involved. They are free flowing and suitable for a continuous adhesive production process. The addition of COLOR TAPE HM to the adhesive does not practically modify the adhesive properties, including its aging, and is not cause of corrosion to the metal parts of production plants. Aspect: dust free flakes Type of pigments: inorganic (metal oxides) Pigment content: 80% minimum Other ingredients: dispersing agents, antioxidants, thermoplastic resins as binder.

In general, we racommended adding 6-8% on the dry content of the adhesive (approx 50-60% of a classical pigment paste variety). COLOR TAPE HM can be introduced directly into the mixer, during any phase of the adhesive preparation. COLOR TAPE HM must be used in the same way as a solid resin.

The product is supplied in paper bags (25 kg).. Keep the product protected from direct sunlight and humidity. Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
