Quantity to apply depends upon the substrate porosity and on the adhesive; on kraft paper usually it is 1-2 g dry/sqm. Coating methods: Meyer bar, Reverse Roll, Roto gravure, Air knife. It can be either thickened (with acrylic thickeners) or diluted. To achieve the highest release property we recommend to set the drying conditions at such a temperature that the paper reaches 120-130°C for a few seconds.
