ALCOM® PA66 910/1.1 CF10 GF10 IM
- Chemical Family
- Polyamides
MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA66 910/1.1 CF10 GF10 IM is a polyamide 66 base polymer with 10% carbon fibers, 10% glass fibers, and special features such as electrically conductive, reduced surface resistivity, impact modified, and heat stabilized. It is used mainly in the automotive and machinery markets, such as for bearings and functional components. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be 280-300°C, and the mold temperature should be 80-120°C. Pre-drying should take place in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80°C for 2-12 hours, with maximum moisture content of less than 0.15%.
