ALCOM® PC 740/1.2 GF30 PTFE13 SI2

Chemical Family
Polycarbonate (PC)

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/1.2 GF30 PTFE13 SI2 is a pre-dried polycarbonate with a 30% glass fiber, 15% PTFE/Silicone filler/additive system that provides improved sliding/wear characteristics for use in the automotive and machinery markets for a variety of applications such as housings, functional components, bearings and sliding elements. When injection molding, melt temperature should be 310-330°C and mold temperature should be 80-130°C. For optimal use, the material should be stored in a dry, light-protected environment.
