ALTECH® ABS A 1000/160

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/160 is a Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with good flow and processing stability, making it suitable for a variety of applications such as Medical/Personal Care, Packaging, Interior Decoration/Finishing, Hygiene Products, and Injection molded Parts. The recommended pre-drying conditions are 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours and 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. The processing injection molding conditions are melt temperature 200-240°C and mold temperature 50-80°C.
