ALTECH® ABS A 1000/106 GY1117-20

CAS Number
52255-49-9

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/106 GY1117-20 is a copolymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene with special features of easy flow and injection molding grade. It is suitable for personal care and hygiene products such as sanitary articles and thin walled parts. Pre-drying conditions include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 h and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 h depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.20%. Processing Injection molding should be done at a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C.
