ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/902 GY1231-20
- Chemical Family
- High-Impact Polystyrene (HIPS)Styrenics
MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/902 GY1231-20 is a base polymer of Polystyrene with impact, easy release (demolding), and injection molding grade features. It should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h, and then an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h. After drying, it should be processed for injection molding at a melt temperature of 180-260°C and a mold temperature of 10-70°C. This product is used in the automotive, electrical and electronic, and machinery market segments and can be used for injection molded parts such as bezels, profiles, and housings.
