ALTECH® PC A 2030/100 GF30

Chemical Family
Polycarbonate (PC)

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 2030/100 GF30 is a polycarbonate-based polymer with 30% glass fibers, suitable for thin walled parts, housings, and injection molded parts and is used in the automotive, electrical and electronic market segments. Pre-drying conditions require 120°C in either a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-3 hours, or 120°C in an air circulating dryer for 4-12 hours depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.02%. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 310-330°C, and a mold temperature of 80-130°C. The special feature of this product is its excellent flow.
