TEDUR® L 9400-1
- Chemical Family
- Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS)
MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9400-1 is a Polyphenylene Sulfide base polymer with 15% carbon fibers filler/additive system, which has reduced surface resistivity, is electrically conductive, and has high stiffness features. It is typically used for functional components in the Automotive, Machinery, electrical and electronic market segments. Pre-drying should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 h, depending on moisture content. Processing Injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of more than 140°C. Ensure that the material is properly dried before processing.
