TEDUR® L 9410-1

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9410-1 is a polymer consisting of a base polymer of Polyphenylene Sulfide with a filler/additive system of 45% glass fiber/mineral and 15% PTFE. It has improved sliding/wear, high stiffness, and low warpage and is typically used for bearing and sliding elements, and functional components in Automotive and Machinery markets. It requires processing injection molding with melt temperatures of 320-340°C and mold temperatures of greater than 140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content.
