ALTECH® ECO PC+ABS 1000/510 IM

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC+ABS 1000/510 IM is a polycarbonate + Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene blend containing recycled material, designed for automotive, electrical and electronic, and various applications. The pre-drying conditions involve a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-110°C for 2-4 hours, or an air circulating dryer at 100-110°C for 3-6 hours, depending on moisture content. Processing Injection molding requires a melt temperature of 240-280°C and a mold temperature of 70-100°C. Typical applications include housings, functional components, and various other products. The product should be kept in a light-protected environment.
