ALCOLOR® PC GY5051-18
MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® PC GY5051-18 is a specially designed gray colorant for use in polycarbonate. It is free from cadmium, lead, and diarylide pigments, and has a light fastness of blue woolscale 8. The recommended dosage for extrusion is 5.0%, while it is 5.0% for injection molding, depending on the application and operational area. The base polymer is polycarbonate, with dust-free, high dispersibility, and high additive content, making it suitable for electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. The processing injection molding melt temperature range is 270-310°C and mold temperature range is 80-110°C.

- Pre-Drying Conditions
- 120 °C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-3 h
