ALCOM® PA66 910/1 GF30 PTFE15 SI2

Chemical Family
Polyamides

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA66 910/1 GF30 PTFE15 SI2 is a polyamide 66 base polymer with 30% glass fibers, 15% PTFE, and 2% silicone. It has improved sliding and wear properties, is heat stabilized, and is used for injection molding with a melt temperature of 280-300°C and mold temperature of 80-120°C. It is primarily used for functional components, bearings, and sliding elements in automotive and machinery applications. Pre-drying should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at a temperature not exceeding 80°C for 2-12 h, depending on the moisture content.
