ALCOM® PA66 910/1.1 CF10 PTFE20

Chemical Family
Polyamides

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA66 910/1.1 CF10 PTFE20 is a polyamide 66 base polymer with a 10% carbon fiber and 20% PTFE filler/additive system that provides improved sliding/wear, heat stabilization, reduced surface resistivity, and electrical conductivity. It is suitable for injection molding processing at a melt temperature of 280-300°C and mold temperature of 80-120°C, and is used in the automotive and machinery markets for functional components, bearings, and sliding elements. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h dependant on moisture content, and it should be stored dry, protected from light and temperatures not exceeding 30°C. It should be handled with care to prevent contamination or damage.
